Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Open Box Policy

Customers must record an unboxing video at the time of delivery. This is mandatory for claims regarding damaged or missing items.

Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • All tags and accessories must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products due to misuse
  • Items without original packaging

Refund Process

Refunds are initiated after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. In some cases, refunds may be processed via bank transfer.

Return Shipping

Return shipping may be arranged by IvoryKart or borne by the customer depending on the case.

Replacement
